ASIAN-ESQUE DRESSING
I love this dressing, it’s so simple to throw together and goes with pretty much most things. What I like the most about it is that it takes the fuss out of cooking healthy food that’s also delicious. Slap this over boiled or steamed whatever to give it some life, sorry; I mean a LOT of life! 🙂 Give it a go, I challenge you not to get hooked!
(This will easily keep for a couple of days in the fridge, so if this recipe makes too much for your meal… it’s great news for tomorrow’s food! Woohoo!)

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp mango chutney (optional – can chop up some fresh mango instead)
- 1/2 chilli deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 small bunch of coriander or a finely chopped spring onion

DIRECTIONS:
- Errrrrrrrm….. combine all of the above?
- Drizzle on boring food
- Consume
- Be smug, very smug.
