My philosophy has always been to have as much fun as possible – my own kind of ethical hedonism – whatever the situation, I aim to inject/crowbar fun and laughter in for myself (and those around me!)
For me, centering our perspective on the bigger picture and ultimate goals we aspire towards is equally as important as enjoying living in every moment throughout the journey. Healthy living should be a life long pleasure not a short sighted quick fix or a punishment we have to endure in order to reach the end goals we want.
